Based in the Calgary metro area. If you're nearby but outside the city, send your postal code with your quote request — odds are I can make it work.
Straight answers
By the job, not by the hour — based on window count, access, height and condition. Send photos and you'll get a firm number. The price I quote is the price you pay.
Calgary weather does what it wants. If rain or wind makes a proper clean impossible, I'll reach out and rebook you first — you never chase me.
Roughly four to five storeys. That covers nearly every home and most low‑rise commercial buildings in Calgary. If your building is taller, I'll tell you straight instead of taking a job I can't do safely.
Your call. Exterior‑only is the most popular for homes; interior‑and‑exterior gives the full reset. Screens and tracks can be added to either.
